Kids (5-9 years old)
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm

The Kid’s Class is specially designed for teaching beginning level skills while building coordination, athletic ability and healthy habits benefitting them for the rest of their lives. Largely game-based, Kids class does not typically include movements with weight loads. Children love it. Come check out a class for yourself and see. This class is all about having fun and moving!

Pre-Teens (10-13 years old)
Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30pm

The Preteen’s Class focus on furthering developing soon to be teenagers’ athletic ability and building the skills, strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, agility and confidence needed to excel in any sport. This class is great for kids who many not think of themselves as athletic, but who still want to participate in activities that allow them to be active, physical and part of a welcoming group of peers. Many of our “non-athletic” preteens have actually discovered their own athletic abilities.

Teens (14-17 years old)
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30pm

The Teen’s Class concentrates on honing skill-based movements as well as proper technique in the weight room. We also focus on building life skills including showing respect for self as well as others, making healthy choices and academics. Research shows that kids are able to focus better on their studies directly after exercise.
