High Fitness

HIGH fitness has famous names and faces getting their sweat on in classes: Julianne Hough, Rachel Parcell, the LA Laker Dancers, and the Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders are taking classes and raving about them. Think Old School Aerobics meets HIIT training.

Barre Fitness

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. 


HIIT is a full-body workout which incorporates a variety of equipment and plyometrics training. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. 


Hatha Yoga:   Will connect you more into the present moment by becoming aware of breath, and focusing on alignment, with mindful movement.  It’s a full body workout when you  need a rest from weights or a rest day.    


Using resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and body weight movements, we will improve strength and build strong bodies.  Both tempo work and HIIT methods will be incorporated and with a full body approach.
