Leslie Beauchamp

Coach

Leslie's passion in fitness began with the opening of a dance studio in 1994, where she taught tap, ballet and jazz. During this time she also developed a creative movement program for pre-schoolers, and lobbied for and received a grant to teach creative movement to underprivileged children. Her passion grew from there to becoming a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.

Her CrossFit journey began in 2015 and that same passion led her to become a Level 1 and 2 CrossFit trainer. She has an interest in working with adults with special needs, and trains the athletes from the Wellspring Community in Castle Rock at the box three times a week. Her next certification in CrossFit will be Crossfit kids.

Born in NJ, Leslie enjoys everything that CO has to offer. Along with her husband Larry, they train for half marathon's, triathlon's and Spartan races. When not in CO, they spend their free time sailing the Caribbean.

Trevor Gabriel

Coach

Trevor Gabriel

Coach

Originally from Brockport, NY, sports have always been a part of my life. After many years of success as a Division I swimmer, turned runner, and finally settling in as a CrossFitter in 2009, I found the sport that became a passion. In 2010 I started to have interest of being an owner of a CrossFit gym. I left 15 years of elementary teaching to be an owner of a CrossFit gym and spread my passion for the sport as well as getting people to be healthy and move their bodies as they are intended to move.

Over the years of being a part of this amazing community, I have met so many amazing people, athletes, and what seems like a second family. Knowing most of the coaches and many members of CrossFit Loop already made it such an amazing welcome to be a part of this family. I am very excited to support, help, and grow with this family at The Loop!

My goals as a coach are safety, fun, and the knowledge of the sport. Seeing people daily trying to achieve a goal, or get a PR, or just be fit keep me coming back every day. I bring my experience and knowledge to Loop and look forward to learning from you all as well. 3 - 2 - 1 GO!
