Group CrossFit Classes

Here at CrossFit Loop, we offer over 50 group classes a week!  You can expect to learn to move your body and push your mind in ways you never thought possible. From bodyweight movements to Olympic Weightlifting and high-skill gymnastics movements, our coaches will be there to guide you, teach you, challenge you, and keep you safe along the way!

Classes start on weekdays at 5:30 AM and run until 6:30 PM with additional open gym sessions throughout the day.  On weekends and holidays, we're just here in the morning.

Olympic Weightlifting Classes

Every Friday evening and Saturday morning our coaches help you hone in on the complexities of the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch (arguably two of the most complicated maneuvers in all of sports) to get you strong and flexible all at the same time!

CrossFit for Teens/PreTeens/Kids

Do you have a young athlete who is striving for performance on the field, is looking to find a home in a new and challenging sport, or is your homeschooler in need of a gym class? Our youth coaches work with Teens and PreTeens on Monday and Wednesday evenings, Kids on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings, and our Homeschool athletes on Wednesday and Friday mornings!

Personal Training

If you are looking for 1-on-1 attention from a coach we're happy to help you achieve your specific fitness goals.  Whether you are training for a specific sport or event, or you just want to tackle a complicated movement you've been working on, let our team of expert coaches guide you to success!
